We designed a streamlined mobile app with two main workflows:

  1. Verify New Retailer

    • Enter phone number → confirm/edit details → verify in a few taps

    • If not yet onboarded, agents can send a push notification or call instantly

  2. My Retailers

    • List of onboarded retailers, starting with those with fewer orders to drive follow-ups

    • Filters by area, date, and order volume

    • Retailer profiles with edit, verify, and direct call options

Additional features:

  • Profile page for agent info and settings

  • Scalable design system for future features
